Using Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange to do GTD or TRO (Total, Relaxed Organization)

    How to Set up TRO with Tasks & Notes for MS Exchange:

    1. Link your MS Exchange Account:
    - Open left pane (upper left icon).
    - Tap account icon.
    - Tap plus icon (for outlook365 accounts, populate Server field with: outlook.office365.com).

    2. View Tasks:
    - Tap upper left icon.
    - Tap Tasks.

    3. Setup (Do these steps everytime a new Context (major or minor) is added):
    - Tap gear button (bottom left).
    - Tap Categories.
    - Tap Categories.
    - Check all unchecked Categories/Contexts in the list.

    TRO Views:
    1. Do Today.
    - Tap Tasks (left pane).
    - Tap the upper-left most icon, tap Group by, then select Priority.
    - Look at Tasks with High Priority (top of the list).

    2. Hotlist
    - Tap Tasks (left pane)
    - Tap the upper-left most icon, tap Group by, then select Due.
    - Look at Tasks with Due Dates in the next 4 days (under Today, Tomorrow, and This Week).

    3. Weekly Review
    - Tap Tasks (left pane).
    - Tap the upper-left most icon, tap Group by, then select Start.
    - Look at Tasks with Start Date (under Today, Tomorrow, and This Week).

    4. Unprocessed
    - Tap Tasks (left pane).
    - Tap the upper-left most icon, tap Group by, then select Category.
    - Under No Category, look at tasks with no date.

    5. Someday/Maybe or Monthly Review
    - Tap Tasks (left pane).
    - Tap the upper-left most icon, tap Group by, then select Priority.
    - Look at tasks under Low.

    6. Context Views

    - Under Favorites (left pane), view all tasks for any context by tapping the correct context name.
